3ankboot.com offers a 30 day,
no questions asked money back guarantee related to the hosting
account with an exemption of 15 USD which is related to domain names
registration in case this last one has been purchased via our
systems.
After the end of the 30 day
period the following rules apply on all services. Establishment of
these services are dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment
of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary
date of the month for that month's service. The above applies to all
accounts and services provided by 3ankaboot. Service will be
interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due. Service
interrupted for nonpayment is subject to a $5 reconnect charge.
Accounts not paid by due date are subject to a $1 late fee. Accounts
that are not collectable by 3ankaboot may be turned over to an
outside collection agency for collection. All overcharges or billing
disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute
occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that,
in 3ankaboot's sole discretion is a valid charge under the
provisions of the TOS, you agree to pay 3ankaboot an
"Administrative Fee" of $50. If you desire to cancel your account,
please follow the proper procedure to do this as outlined in this
TOS.
